No tickets purchased on the I Love My Artist website or at the Venue are refundable. Exchanges will be made available for the alternate date(s) based on the availability of future performances and dates of the show (s). All tickets are non-refundable unless a show is canceled in which you will receive Show Credit for a future, I Love My Artist Show. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Q: Where is Sugar Hill located?
A: 217 Nostrand Ave Brooklyn NY.
Q: Can you get there by train?
A: Yes, you can take the G train to Nostrand Avenue and Dekalb and walk 2 blocks.
Q: How do I purchase tickets to the concert?
A: Tickets can be purchased at www.ilovemyartistfoundation.org. All tickets are emailed to you and can be printed. We will have your name on our list when you arrive.
Q: Can my tickets be refunded?
A: We do not refund tickets for any reason. We are happy to offer an alternative date
Q: Will there be food and drinks?
A: Yes, the ticket price includes a meal with one alcoholic beverage.
Q: Can I buy additional drinks?
A: Yes, the venue has a full bar including soft drinks.
Q: Is there an age restriction at your venue?
A: Yes, all guests must be 21+ years old.
Q: Is there parking nearby? Do you validate?
A: Unfortunately, we do not provide parking or validate parking. However, street parking is available.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: Credit /debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), CashAPP, and PayPal
Q: What if it rains on the day of the show?
A: There is a rain date will be scheduled for the following Friday with the same artists performing.
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: Please arrive at least 45 minutes before showtime to be seated and have your food and drink order placed before the show begins.
