Kelley Andre
A prolific, multi-faceted operations business executive and entertainer with 20 years of experience. With a solid track record of assessing market needs and new business development opportunities. Kelley is Adept in developing and implementing strategies to provide new avenues for revenue and business development.
This multi-dimensional businessman and entertainer is constantly creating new ways to exemplify the tenets of his work ethic, performance, professionalism, perfection, and positive vibes. With multiple businesses under his belt, Kelley has forged his brand locally, nationally & internationally. His company The Rockstar Group is a premier full-service event planning and production company. Kelley is currently on the board of directors and event planner for the 100 Black Men of America (New Jersey), as an entertainer, Kelley is a singer/songwriter and bandleader, He is by far no newcomer to the art of performing. Kelley began singing and playing the piano at the age of 8, his family is comprised of musicians and singers, which is where Kelley began his musical journey. He grew up in a house where gospel & jazz music where his tools of war. At a young age, Kelley decided to parlay his GOD given gifts into a career in entertainment. With accredited performances, a stint on Broadway (Rent) with multiply tours, and Current recordings Kelley has blossomed into a well-rounded entertainer.
Kelley’s steadfast work ethic is a direct testament to his Caribbean heritage. He continues to push himself, never making room for complacency in his life. Kelley also is known as DJ Pleasure a moniker based his affinity for music. As a celebrity & radio personality, he has blessed the ears of style-makers and trendsetters from New York to Europe and throughout the Caribbean. To top it all off he was one of the master mixers at New York City’s notorious radio station 98.7 Kiss FM.
This vinyl visionary without peer speaks not only with his hands on the wheels of steel but also gets his burn on in the kitchen as a Classically trained professional chef with a degree in Culinary Arts and MBA in Business Management making him a true one of a kind. Many concur that Kelley embodies the meaning of the multi-talented one, who has taken the industry by storm, by providing an entertainment experience that’s second to none.

Melonie Daniels
Most commonly known for her (12) twelve-year tenure as Chief Background Vocalist, Vocal Arranger, and Vocal Director for Mariah Carey, Melonie Daniels is more than a background vocal. She is a Vocal Coach, Vocal Director, Vocal Arranger, a Songwriter, and an Actor. With TV, film and stage credits her resume reads like “The Who’s Who” of music and entertainment royalty working with a broad spectrum of vocalists and musicians. The list including Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Wynton Marsalis, Kim Burrell, Israel Haughton, and Tyler Perry. For over ten years she has served as Assistant Choir Director and Worship Leader at one of the largest churches in New York, Greater Allen AME Cathedral.
Her masterful agility, pitch accuracy, tonality, and a multi-octave range are just a few reasons why Melonie Daniels is celebrated as one of the most respected and sought after background vocalists in the music industry. With over 20 plus years hosting various open mic nights in the New York tri-state area she has earned the title of “The God- Mother of Underground Music”. Her keen ear for musical detail and humble spirit has afforded her amass a wealth of knowledge through both study and experience. Gospel, Rhythm & Blues, Jazz, Country, Folk, Classical and Hip Hop. Melonie’s eclectic ear and understanding of tempo, melody, and instrumentation allow her vocal to add texture and detail to any musical piece.
Gerard Guichard
A dynamic, high energy, award winning senior executive with expertise in the entertainment and sales industries. Passionate about people – working hand in hand with his teams, building strong relationships up, down and across organizations, with an eye for identifying & developing talent. A strong communicator, able to leverage and influence, with a goal of creating alignment and driving results.
Gerard Guichard is experienced in leading $400 million+ enterprises and has also demonstrated a consistent track record with starting new organizations, that experience long term success. Gerard is also experienced in several “turn around” scenarios, able to course correct poor performing or operating organizations, with exceptional results.
Gerard is also an entertainment and event planning/management expert. Having planned, managed, and even entertained at events of all sizes – weddings to concerts, trips abroad and open mics; Gerard has proven he is a “go to” resource and expert in the entertainment world.
Gerard’s success comes from his humble beginnings. Born and raised in Queens, NY, Gerard’s passion, and work ethic are derived from his Caribbean lineage, with parents that immigrated from Trinidad & Tobago to the United States decades ago, in search of a better livelihood for their family. Gerard has also built a loyal, diverse following under his pseudonym DJ Shug. With DJ and hosting experience of more than 25 years, “Shug’s” high energy style and passion for music & hosting has led to a phenomenally successful entertainment career. Gerard has hosted events for the likes of Clinton Kelly, Alicia Keys, Marcus Samuelsson, Deborah Cox, LL Cool J, and more. He has been the musical choice for organizations, including MAC Cosmetics, WIADCA, COTY, NYPD, Blink Fitness, Temple University & more. He currently appears weekly on Commish Radio and has appeared on other stations including Hot 97, Power 105, & Clear FM.
Alyson Williams
Entrepreneur, philanthropist, and radio host, are just a few of the hats renowned Harlem raised recording artist Alyson Williams wears. With a voice so hauntingly pure, Alyson is able to transport you to your very own utopia while effortlessly showcasing she really can do it all.
Growing up, Alyson was surrounded by and exposed to great music. Her father, celebrated Jazz trumpeter and bandleader, Bobby Booker, was a major influence in her life. With a passion for performing, Alyson was inspired to study dance. Alyson first attended Marymount Manhattan College and later, City University of New York. Before she knew it, she became a featured member of the 80’s vocal group “High Fashion” on Capital Records.
Following her path of success, Alyson instantly grabbed the attention of Def Jam label CEO, Russell
Simmons and became the first female R&B artist to sign with the label. Alyson recorded two albums on
Columbia Record’s Original Black Records label. Her first album, “Raw,” spent an impressive 67 weeks
on the Billboard charts, matched only by Madonna’s “Like a Prayer,” and went gold in the UK.
Altogether, the album produced four top-five singles, one of which is the ever-popular hit, “Just Call My
Name.” Next, Alyson pursued Broadway and starred in “Rollin on the TOBA,” “One Mo Time” and the
“25th Anniversary Revival of the Wiz” directed and choreographed by George Fashion.
After leaving Def Jam, Alyson collaborated with Marcus Johnson, and together they produced Alyson’s
third solo album, “It’s About Time.” Soon after, she launched her production company, A.W.P, A Woman’s Prerogative. Alyson has most recently become an on-air radio personality on WHCR 90.3 FM The Voice of Harlem and has featured stand-out musical guests.
Alyson had the honor of being mentored by the late Dr. Maya Angelou. Following Dr. Angelou’s death,
Alyson was asked to perform at memorials that were given in her honor. Alyson was also invited by the
United States Postal Service to perform The National Anthem and The Black National Anthem with the
National Color Guard as a “Forever Stamp” was dedicated to Dr. Angelou.
Alyson has caught the attention of several other dignitaries and celebrities including First Lady Michelle
Obama, as well as Ms. Oprah Winfrey. Alyson was hand-picked by Ms. Winfrey to perform for her
students visiting from Africa on their United States college tour. Other past iconic appearances include,
Soul Train, The Jay Leno Show, BET on Jazz, and the Mo’nique Show. Alyson has also appeared in Fox
Searchlight Pictures, “Black Nativity” starring alongside Academy Award-winning actors Forest
Whitaker, Angela Basset, and Jennifer Hudson.
Currently, she is in the studio completing a Jazz project titled, “Summer Nights in Harlem” featuring
Christian McBride. She has also had the honor of completing four new gospel songs. Future endeavors
include an exciting R&B project, house music tracks, a blues/southern soul project, and a Christmas CD.
Additionally, Alyson is working on launching a jewelry line as well as a line of inspirational notecards.

worldwide for her innovative mind and honest lyrics. Her ambition and determination to create her own

Kenny Seymour
KENNY SEYMOUR has developed a reputation as a consummate professional for his creativity, talent, versatility, exquisite musicianship, and his ability to navigate a wide variety of musical styles and genres with authenticity and integrity. He has worked with many of Broadway’s top producers, composers, playwrights, choreographers, and directors, a wide variety of artists in the recording industry, as well as many up and coming directors of film and television.
Currently the music director/music supervisor and arranger of Tony Award Winning hit Broadway Musical Ain’t Too Proud: The Life & Times of the Temptations, some of his other credits include: music director for the Tony Award winning Best Musical Memphis, orchestrator for Broadway’s Amazing Grace, music supervisor/arranger/orchestrator
for MARLEY: A Premiere Musical, music director/supervisor/orchestrator for Carnegie Hall’s A Time Like This: Music For Change, as well as dance arranger/electronic music producer for Half-Time: The Musical, music director/arranger/incidental music for The Tallest Tree In The Forest, and music supervisor/orchestrator for Big Maybelle: Soul of the Blues.
As a composer Kenny has had his work performed by the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, received a Global Music Award for Best Original Score of the independent film Talking with the Taxman About Poetry and, composed and orchestrated music for the popular international children’s language program English Egg. Kenny has arranged and orchestrated music for shows on Fox, BET, and NBC as well as the Inaugural Ball for President Barack Obama. He has performed on stages around the world, from the legendary Apollo Theatre and Carnegie Hall, to the Montreux Jazz Festival, working with a wide variety of the industry’s top recording artists.
Kenny owes his start in the music industry to his late grandmother, entertainer Wilhelmina C. Pappy, his mother, Broadway actress Mary Seymour of Hair (original Broadway cast) and Raisin: The Musical, and his late father, Kenny W. Seymour formerly of the music group Little Anthony and the Imperials.

Legal Director
Kelly Castor, Esq. is a nationally recognized trial attorney that serves as our Legal Director on the board. The daughter of a former self-taught musician and disc jockey, music has always been a part of Kelly’s life. She understands the vision and has passion for all things musical.
Kelly secured a dual degree from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and is a proud graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University where she earned her juris doctorate. Over the last 12 years she has been recognized as a top 100 attorney by the National Black Lawyers, received Top 10 under 40 awards, named a rising star by SuperLawyers and received several client satisfaction awards. Most notably, she was acknowledged by the NJ Law Journal after securing the 4th largest motor vehicle accident verdict in the state in 2018.
As legal director, she creates legal programs, forms strategic partnerships for the legal services provided by our organization and serves as one of ILMAF’s legal advisors. In addition to practicing law and serving ILMAF, she is an adjunct professor for an ABA accredited paralegal studies program and most importantly the mother of an intelligent young king.
